Lead with yourself in the centre
What you offer yourself is the foundation for what you give to the world

Although a good coach can work with anyone no matter their background, as a humanitarian, I know you face unique challenges and difficulties which can be tricky to navigate.
It was one of my motivations to become a coach: I was looking for a sounding board, but it was hard to find a professional who could understand my lived experiences.

Your work is meaningful and important. You are capable of handling hard moments and still show care. You are proud of contributing to something greater than yourself. But maybe there is a niggling voice that at times asks questions like:

Am I maintaining a balanced approach to my work and personal life?

How best can I stay motivated and reconnected to my passion when I feel overwhelmed?
Am I giving enough space to reflect and achieve my personal goals?

What's next for my career development and growth?
How can I better celebrate the progress and impact I help create?

How can I deal with moments of doubt or when the outcomes of my work seem unclear?

Am I staying true to my values and principles in the work I do?

Humanitarians I work with hold themselves to high expectations and standards. Often times I hear: "I decided to do this, so I can handle it". It can feel lonely in the harsh environments you live in, balancing the distanced life you lead, managing misunderstandings with family and peers on your mission, and difficulty in embracing achievements and all the good parts.

Coaching from a leadership angle is one tool in uncovering your self-limiting beliefs and gaining awareness to move past the voices.

Bottom line is: I'm a helper, that wants to help you, help others effectively.
It's time to bring clarity and strength to your mindset, elevate your ambitions, and align your career and personal goals with your values, to take charge of your pathway.
Throw your intention for growth into an open ocean.
Like a rock skipping against the waves, it will create ripples that last beyond the moment
